AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CIRCULAR NO. 01/2019/TT-BNG OF JULY 18, 2019 ON THE REPORTING REGIME WITHIN THE SCOPE OF STATE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

WHEREAS, Decree No. 26/2017/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2017 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 09/2019/NĐ-CP dated January 24, 2019 of the Government stipulates the reporting regime of administrative state agencies;

WHEREAS,uDecision No. 06/2020/QĐ-TTg dated February 21, 2020 of the Prime Minister on the organization and management of international conferences and seminars in Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

The Minister of Foreign Affairs issues this Circular to amend and supplement Circular No. 01/2019/TT-BNG dated July 18, 2019 on the reporting regime within the scope of state administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 01).iTHE SCOPE OF STATE ADMINISTRATION"1. Article 1. Article 1. Amend the name "Final Report on the Vietnam Week/Day Program Abroad" in the Appendix of Circular No. 01/2019/TT-BNG dated July 18, 2019 on the reporting regime within the scope of state administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 01) to "Report on the Organization and Achievements of Activities under the Vietnam Day Program Abroad."

Article 2. Replace "Appendix" of Circular No. 01 with "Appendix 1" issued together with this Circular.

Article 3. Supplement "Appendix 2" issued together with this Circular.

Article 4. Effectiveness

1. This Circular takes effect from September 30, 2021.

2. In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, the relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for appropriate amendments and supplements.
