Amending and supplementing certain Articles of Circular No. 01/2023/TT-BNG dated March 30, 2023, issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs guiding positions for foreign affairs specialized civil servant jobs

Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 24, 2025, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
On the basis of Decree No. 62/2020/NĐ-CP dated June 1, 2020, promulgated by the Government on job positions and civil servant staffing;
At the proposal of the Director of the Civil Service Departmentof the Ministry;
The Minister of Foreign Affairs issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain Articles of Circular No. 01/2023/TT-BNG dated March 30, 2023, issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs guiding positions for foreign affairs specialized civil servant jobs in agencies and organizations under the foreign affairs sector in foreign affairs.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain Articles of Circular No. 01/2023/TT-BNG dated March 30, 2023, issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs guiding positions for foreign affairs specialized civil servant jobs in agencies and organizations under the foreign affairs sector
1. Supplementing the phrase "and Appendix III" after the phrase "Appendix II" in Clause 2, Article 4 as follows: "The job description and competency framework of each position for foreign affairs specialized civil servants specified in Appendix II and Appendix III attached hereto."
2. Amending Clause 1, Article 7 as follows:
"This Circular takes effect from May 15, 2023."
Article 2. Implementation clause
This Circular takes effect from July 29, 2025.
