CIRCULAR
Announcing the maritime area of the coastal port and the maritime zone within the jurisdiction of Dong Nai Province
and the management area of the Maritime Port Management Authority of Dong Nai
Pursuant to the Vietnam Maritime Code on November 25, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 58/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 10, 2017 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Vietnam Maritime Code regarding the management of maritime activities and amended decrees;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 25, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Maritime and Inland Waterway Administration;
The Minister of Construction issues this Circular announcing the maritime area of the coastal port and the maritime zone within the jurisdiction of Dong Nai Province and the management area of the Maritime Port Management Authority of Dong Nai.
Article 1. Announcing the maritime area of the coastal port within the jurisdiction of Dong Nai Province
The maritime area of the coastal port within the jurisdiction of Dong Nai Province, measured from the highest tidal level, includes the following areas:
1. The area on the Go Gia River and Thi Vai River with the following scope:
a) The boundary on the Go Gia River: limited from the confluence of the Go Gia River, Ba Giỏi River, and Tack Cua running along the Go Gia River upstream to Phuoc An Wharf, a distance of 7.5 km, bounded by latitude line VT1 at 10°35’00”N (downstream side) and latitude line VT2 at 10°38’20,97”N (upstream side).
b) The boundary on the Thi Vai River: limited from point HD1 with coordinates 10°36’42,70”N, 107°00’18,18”E at Mrach Ong Co connecting perpendicularly to the left edge of the Vung Tau - Thi Vai shipping channel and running along the left edge of the Vung Tau - Thi Vai shipping channel to latitude line VT3 at 10°38’45”N. From latitude line VT3 at 10°38’45”N, the maritime area runs along both banks of the Thi Vai River upstream to 300 meters downstream of the Thi Vai Bridge.
2. The area on the Dong Tran River, Long Tau River, and Nha Be River with the following scope: limited from point HD2 with coordinates 10°38’34,07”N, 106°51’37,77”E at the edge of Mrach Ong Keo connecting perpendicularly to the right edge according to the design of the Dong Tran - Go Gia shipping channel, running along the right edge of the Dong Tran - Go Gia shipping channel and the bank of the river within the jurisdiction of Dong Nai Province upstream, to the intersection of the right edge of the Sai Gon - Vung Tau shipping channel, continuing along the right edge of the Sai Gon - Vung Tau shipping channel to a straight line 200 meters upstream from Ben Cang Xang Dau 186, the boundary continues from point HD5 with coordinates 10°41’48,08”N, 106°45’30,94”E running upstream to point HD6 with coordinates 10°42’09,37”N, 106°45’13,37”E then connecting perpendicularly to the edge of the riverbank.
