- BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 15/CP OF MARCH 2, 1993 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE MANAGEMENT OF MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES;
- BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 29/CP OF MARCH 30, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;
- BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 43/2000/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 30, 2000 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
- IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE IN LETTER NO. 2891/QP OF OCTOBER 13, 2000;

DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE REGULATION ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE EDUCATION CENTER.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. THE DIRECTORS OF THE OFFICE, HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENSE EDUCATION, HEADS OF ASSOCIATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES, ACADEMIES, NATIONAL DEFENSE EDUCATION CENTERS, RECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES, DIRECTORS OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, AND DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
