DECISION
Regarding the merger of the Hoian Textile Factory into the Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Circular No. 6005/VPCP-DMDN dated December 3, 2003 of the Office of the Government on the merger of the Hoian Textile Factory into the Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company under the Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Hoian Textile Factory under the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province shall be merged into the Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company, which is a member unit of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation.
Article 2. The Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation is tasked to coordinate with the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province to implement the merger in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, General Director of the Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company, and Director of the Hoian Textile Factory are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
