DECISION
REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND APPLICATION OF POLICIES for
FOR THE BONUÊ BORDER GATE ECONOMIC ZONE, BINH PHUOC PROVINCE
d.1. Amount of taxable income in Vietnam:RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN OF BINH PHUOC PROVINCE AT REPORT 44/TT-UB DATED OCTOBER 21, 2003;
THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT AT REPORT 4938 BKH/QLKTTW DATED AUGUST 6, 2004 AND THE OPINIONS OF RELATED MINISTRIES AND SECTORS,
DECISION:
Article 1. TO ESTABLISH THE BONUÊ BORDER GATE ECONOMIC ZONE INCLUDING THE THREE COMMUNES LOC THAI, LOC TAN, LOC HOA AND LOC NINH MARKET TOWN IN LOC NINH DISTRICT, BINH PHUOC PROVINCE.
Article 2. THE BONUÊ BORDER GATE ECONOMIC ZONE SHALL APPLY THE POLICIES FOR BORDER GATE ECONOMIC ZONES AS PROVIDED IN DECISION NO. 53/2001/QĐ-TTg DATED APRIL 19, 2001 OF THE GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN. REGARDING THE RE-INVESTMENT FROM TAX REVENUES, THE LAW ON STATE BUDGET SHALL BE FOLLOWED.
Article 3. THE BINH PHUOC PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- CLOSELY COORDINATING WITH THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY TO EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENT PROJECTS RELATED TO SECURITY AND NATIONAL DEFENSE.
- ARRANGING PROJECTS IN ORDER OF PRIORITY TO COMPLETE INVESTMENTS SOON AND PUT INTO USE TO MAXIMIZE BENEFITS.
- PREPARING ANNUAL REPORTS TO SUBMIT TO THE GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN.
- LEADING AND COORDINATING WITH RELATED MINISTRIES AND SECTORS TO EVALUATE THE APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED POLICIES AND ADVISE THE GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN ON NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND THE BINH PHUOC PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
