Regarding the establishment of the Post and Telecommunications and Information Technology Secondary School I

THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002, of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

Considering the proposal of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation at Document No. 6723/TCCB-LĐ dated October 14, 2005, regarding the project to upgrade the Post Worker Training Center to a Secondary Vocational School and based on the agreement of the Ministry of Education and Training at Document No. 11748/BGD&ĐT-TCCB dated December 21, 2005, concerning the establishment of the Post and Telecommunications and Information Technology Secondary School I;

At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Establish the Post and Telecommunications and Information Technology Secondary School I based on the Post Worker Training Center I.

Article 2. The Post and Telecommunications and Information Technology Secondary School I shall have the following tasks:

- Training and upgrading staff with secondary vocational education levels and lower levels in the fields of Posts, Telecommunications, and Information Technology.

- Conducting scientific research to serve economic and social development needs.

Article 3. The Post and Telecommunications and Information Technology Secondary School I shall be under the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation, subject to state management in education by the Ministry of Education and Training; the school operates according to the Charter of Secondary Vocational Schools issued by Decision No. 24/2000/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated July 11, 2000, of the Minister of Education and Training; the school has legal personality, its own seal and separate account, and its headquarters is located in Phủ Lý City, Ha Nam Province.

Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 5. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department; the General Director of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation; the Heads of related units and the Principal of the Post Worker Training Center I are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
