Based on the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Based on the Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
Based on the Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division.

Article 1. The List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation, Restricted Use, and Prohibited Use in Vietnam in 2006.
This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government, replacing Decision No. 25/2005/QĐ-BNN dated May 18, 2005 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the announcement of the list of veterinary drugs permitted for circulation, restricted use, and prohibited use in Vietnam in 2005.
Article 2. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals, both domestic and foreign, involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./ .
