Regarding the announcement of the list of veterinary drugs permitted for circulation, prohibited from use, and restricted use in Vietnam

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Based on the Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Directive No. 07/2002/CT-TTg dated February 25, 2002 of the Prime Minister on "Strengthening the management of the use of antibiotics and chemicals in the production and trade of animal-origin food products";

Upon the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation, Restricted Use, and Prohibited Use in Vietnam in 2006.

The list of veterinary drugs permitted for circulation, prohibited from use, and restricted use in Vietnam.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.

Article 3. This Decision replaces Decision No. 17/2004/QĐ-BNN dated May 14, 2004 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the announcement of the list of veterinary drugs in 2004.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.
