THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;

Based on Decision No. 91/2003/QĐ-TTg dated May 9, 2003 of the Government Prime Minister on the application of quota tariffs for imported goods in Vietnam;

Based on Decision No. 46/2005/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2005 of the Government Prime Minister on adjusting the list of imported goods subject to quota tariffs;

After exchanging opinions with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the quota tariff volume for 2006;

At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,

Article 1. The quota tariff volume for imported goods in 2006 is specifically as follows:

Article 2. The entities eligible to be allocated quota tariffs, the allocation of quota tariffs, the implementation organization, and other regulations shall be carried out in accordance with Circular No. 10/2004/TT-BTM dated December 27, 2004 of the Ministry of Trade guiding the implementation of Decision No. 91/2003/QĐ-TTg dated May 9, 2003 of the Government Prime Minister on the application of quota tariffs for imported goods in Vietnam for 2005.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the central government, Heads of units under the Ministry of Trade, and related enterprises are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
