THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Press Law dated December 28, 1989; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Press Law dated June 12, 1999, and Decree No. 51/2002/NĐ-CP dated April 26, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Press Law and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Press Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Press Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on Corrections in the Press".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Press Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture and Information, the Heads of the competent authorities, the Heads of press agencies, journalists, and organizations and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
