Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly on the organizational structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the XIIth term;

Pursuant to the Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Heritage Law;

Considering Circular No. 886/TTr-UBND dated June 12, 2007 of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province and the monument dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. National Monument Classification:

HISTORICAL MONUMENT

THE LOCATION OF THE MONEY PRINTING PLANT AT CHI NÊ INDUSTRIAL SITE (1946 - 1947)

CO NGHIA COMMUNE, LAC THUY DISTRICT, HOA BINH PROVINCE

The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.

Article 2. People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the historical monument The Location of the Money Printing Plant at Chi Nê Industrial Site (1946 - 1947) within their respective functions and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Hoa Binh Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
