Regarding the adjustment of motor fuel oil fees

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Fees and Charges Ordinance on August 28, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 32/2008/NQ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The adjustment of motor fuel oil fee levels as stipulated in Article 3 of Decree No. 78/2000/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 2000 of the Government on motor fuel oil fees is as follows:
1. All types of gasoline: 1,000 VND/liter (one thousand dong per liter).
2. Diesel: 500 VND/liter (five hundred dong per liter).
3. Kerosene: 300 VND/liter (three hundred dong per liter).
4. Lubricating oils, greases: 300 VND/kg (three hundred dong per kilogram).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
