CIRCULAR
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON ENROLLMENT FOR FULL-TIME UNDERGRADUATE AND COLLEGE PROGRAMS
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Higher Education,
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. The Admissions Regulations for Undergraduate and College Programs on a Regular Basis are hereby promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 29, 2010. This Circular replaces Decision No. 05/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT dated February 5, 2008 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulations on Enrollment for Full-Time Undergraduate and College Programs and Circular No. 02/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated February 2, 2009 amending and supplementing certain articles of the Regulations on Enrollment for Full-Time Undergraduate and College Programs issued together with Decision No. 05/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT dated February 5, 2008 of the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Department of Higher Education, Examination and Quality Assurance Agency;
Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Ministers of Ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Directors of universities and academies; Principals of universities and colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
