CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS STANDARDS FOR OCCUPATIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION GROUP
WHEREAS Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
WHEREAS Decision No. 09/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated March 27, 2008 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs on issuing regulations on principles and procedures for developing and promulgating national occupational skills standards;
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON NATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR THE OCCUPATIONS: PAINTING AND INLAID SHELL TECHNICIAN; TUNNEL DRILLING; CEMENT PHYSICO-CHEMICAL ANALYSIS.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS STANDARDS FOR 10 OCCUPATIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INCLUDING: Masonry - Finishing; Formwork - Scaffolding; Reinforcing Steel - Welding; Concrete; Raw Pottery Production; Ceramic Brick Production; Sanitary Ware Production; Glass Production; Urban Greenery Management and Stone Carving.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
