Amending and supplementing Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BNN dated March 17, 2009
of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the list of drugs, chemicals, and antibiotics prohibited from use and restricted use,

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development amends and supplements Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BNN dated March 17, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of Drugs, Chemicals, and Antibiotics Prohibited from Use and Restricted Use as follows:
Removing the substances Cypermethrin, Deltamethrin, and Enrofloxacin from the List of Chemicals and Antibiotics Restricted for Use in Aquaculture Production and Business at Appendix 3 issued together with Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BNN dated March 17, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 1. Adding the substances Cypermethrin, Deltamethrin, and Enrofloxacin to the List of Chemicals and Antibiotics Prohibited for Use in Aquaculture Production and Business at Appendix 1 issued together with Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BNN dated March 17, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. The Director of the Office, the General Director of the Fisheries General Department, the Director of the Animal Health Service, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry; Directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development; organizations and individuals within and outside the country involved in aquaculture production and business are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 3. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director General of the Fisheries General Department, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry; the Directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development; domestic and foreign organizations and individuals involved in activities related to aquatic product production and business shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
