CIRCULAR

REPEALS Circular No. 26/2013/TT-BTC dated March 11, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on procedures for disbursement and financial mechanisms for credit and aid funds from the Government of the Russian Federation for the Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant Project

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 31/2016/QH14 dated November 22, 2016 of the National Assembly on suspending the implementation of the Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant Project;

This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2025.

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE issues this Circular to repeal Circular No. 26/2013/TT-BTC dated March 11, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on procedures for disbursement and financial mechanisms for credit and aid funds from the Government of the Russian Federation for the Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant Project.

Article 1. REPEALS Circular No. 26/2013/TT-BTC dated March 11, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on procedures for disbursement and financial mechanisms for credit and aid funds from the Government of the Russian Federation for the Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant Project due to the suspension of the project's implementation based on Resolution No. 31/2016/QH14 of the National Assembly.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from February 20, 2020./.
