Supplementing Joint Circular No. 15/1998/TTLT dated December 5, 1998

guiding the implementation of mandatory health insurance

 Pursuant to Article 40, Article 52, and Article 62 of Decree No. 28/CP dated April 29, 1995 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Persons Engaging in Revolutionary Activities, Martyrs, and Families of Martyrs, War Invalids, and Those Contributing to the Revolution, the Joint Ministries of Health, Finance, and Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs supplement certain provisions at Point (d), Section (6), Part (I) of Joint Circular No. 15/1998/TTLT dated December 5, 1998 of the Joint Ministries of Health, Finance, and Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of mandatory health insurance as prescribed in the Health Insurance Regulations issued pursuant to Decree No. 58/1998/NĐ-CP dated August 13, 1998 of the Government as follows:

1. Point (d), Section (6), Part (I) is supplemented and amended as follows:

d) War invalids who have lost their ability to work due to disability from 21% upwards, including those classified as Class B war invalids recognized before December 31, 1993;

2. Point (g), Section (6), Part (I) is supplemented and amended as follows:

g) War invalids due to illness who have lost their ability to work from 61% upwards, including those classified as Grade 3 war invalids due to illness with a loss of ability to work from 41% to 60%, recognized before December 31, 1994;

This Circular takes effect from the date of issuance. All previous regulations that conflict with this Circular are hereby abolished./.
