Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
Pursuant to Circular No. 1017 BVTV/CV requesting the issuance of industry standards on the quality of plant protection chemicals by the Plant Protection Department.

- 10TCN 427-2001. Insecticide containing abamectin (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 428-2001. Insecticide containing acephate (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 429-2001. Insecticide containing fenthion (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 430-2001. Insecticide containing malathion (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 431-2001. Fungicide containing pencycuron (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 432-2001. Fungicide containing tebuconazole (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 433-2001. Fungicide containing chlorothalonil (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 434-2001. Herbicide containing propanil (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 435-2001. Herbicide containing sulfosate (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 436-2001. Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
