Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
Pursuant to Circular No. 1017 BVTV/CV requesting the issuance of industry standards on the quality of plant protection chemicals by the Plant Protection Department.

Article 1. Now promulgates the following industry standard:
- 10TCN 427-2001. Insecticide containing abamectin (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 428-2001. Insecticide containing acephate (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 429-2001. Insecticide containing fenthion (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 430-2001. Insecticide containing malathion (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 431-2001. Fungicide containing pencycuron (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 432-2001. Fungicide containing tebuconazole (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 433-2001. Fungicide containing chlorothalonil (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 434-2001. Herbicide containing propanil (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 435-2001. Herbicide containing sulfosate (Technical requirements and testing methods) - 10TCN 436-2001. Herbicide containing glufosinate ammonium (Technical requirements and testing methods)
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Science and Technology Department and Product Quality, and leaders of related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
