DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Issuing the "Standard for Material and Labor Costs for Implementing Visual Propaganda Work in the Culture and Information Sector"
Issuing the "Standard for Material and Labor Costs for Implementing Visual Propaganda Work in the Culture and Information Sector"
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2999/QĐ-BVHTT dated September 19, 2003 of the Minister of Culture and Information on the establishment of standards for visual propaganda work;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Information Bases;
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the "Standard for Material and Labor Costs for Implementing Visual Propaganda Work in the Culture and Information Sector".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The "Standard for Material and Labor Costs for Implementing Visual Propaganda Work in the Culture and Information Sector" issued together with this Decision shall be uniformly applied throughout the Culture and Information sector nationwide as a basis for annual budget planning.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Department of Cultural Information Bases, and the Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture and Information are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
