DECISION
Regarding the Announcement of the List of Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Circulating in Vietnam

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
On the basis of The Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health and the Head of the Science and Technology Division.
DECISION
Article 1. Announce along with this Decision: The list of vaccines, biological preparations, microorganisms, and chemicals used in veterinary medicine permitted to circulate in Vietnam in 2006.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government, replacing Decision No. 26/2005/QĐ-BNN dated May 18, 2005 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the announcement of the list of vaccines, biological preparations, microorganisms, and chemicals used in veterinary medicine for 2005.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of vaccines, biological preparations, microorganisms, and chemicals used in veterinary medicine in Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
