Decision No. 26/2005/QD-BNN on announcing the list of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals for veterinary use permitted to circulate in Vietnam

DECISION

Regarding: Announcement of the list of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, chemicals for veterinary use permitted to circulate in Vietnam.

On the basis of the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

On the basis of Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Law;

On the basis of Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

On the basis of Directive No. 07/2002/CT-TTg dated February 25, 2002 of the Prime Minister on "Strengthening management of the use of antibiotics and chemicals in the production and trade of animal-origin food products";

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Department;

The list of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, chemicals for veterinary use permitted to circulate in Vietnam.

DECIDES:

Article 1. The List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation, Restricted Use, and Prohibited Use in Vietnam in 2006.

This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 2. This Decision replaces Decision No. 17/2004/QĐ-BNN dated May 14, 2004 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the announcement of the list of veterinary drugs for 2004.ug.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, trade, and use of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, chemicals for veterinary use in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals, both domestic and foreign, involved in the production, business, and use of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals used in animal health in Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
