Regarding the establishment and issuance of the Operating Regulations of the Chân Mây - Lăng Cô Economic Zone, Thừa Thiên - Huế Province

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

WHEREAS Pursuant to Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated August 16, 2004 of the Politburo;

Based on Decision No. 148/2004/QD-TTg dated August 13, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the main orientation for the development of the economy and society in the Central Coastal Economic Zone until 2010 and vision until 2020;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.

DECISION:

Article 1. Establish the Chân Mây - Lăng Cô Economic Zone, Thừa Thiên Huế Province.

Article 2. Issue with this Decision the Operating Regulations of the Chân Mây - Lăng Cô Economic Zone.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 157/2002/QD-TTg dated November 14, 2002.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thừa Thiên Huế Province are responsible for implementing this Decision.
