ISSUING THE AWARD BADGE AND REGULATIONS ON CONFERMENT OF THE AWARD BADGE "FOR THE DOCUMENTATION AND ARCHIVAL CAUSE"

THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/ND-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
At the proposal of the Director of the State Archives and Documentation Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. ISSUING THE AWARD BADGE "FOR THE DOCUMENTATION AND ARCHIVAL CAUSE" TO RECOGNIZE THE MERITS OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE MADE SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE DOCUMENTATION AND ARCHIVAL CAUSE.
Article 2. ATTACHING HERETO THE REGULATIONS ON CONFERMENT OF THE AWARD BADGE "FOR THE DOCUMENTATION AND ARCHIVAL CAUSE" WITH THIS DECISION.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE Decision No. 05/QD-LTNN dated January 19, 2001 of the Director of the State Archives Department on the Issuance of the Regulations on Conferment of the Medal "FOR THE VIETNAMESE ARCHIVAL CAUSE".
Article 4. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the State Archives and Documentation Department, the Heads of units and organizations under the Ministry, and the Heads of units engaged in documentation and archival work under central ministries, sectors, and centrally governed cities and provinces shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
