Article 1. National Monument Classification:
HISTORICAL MONUMENT
LOCATIONS OF THE STRUGGLE MOVEMENT AGAINST FRENCH COLONIALISM LED BY THE MNONG ETHNIC GROUP UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF N'TRANG LANG
(BUMERA FORT AND BON BU NOR SITE)
DAC RTIH COMMUNE AND DAC BUK SO COMMUNE, TUY DOC DISTRICT, DAK NONG PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the historical monuments of the locations of the struggle movement against French colonialism led by the Mnong ethnic group under the leadership of N'Trang Lang (BUMERA Fort and BON BU NOR site) within their respective functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 2. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Nong Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Dak Nong Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
