THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/ND-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decision No. 51/2007/QD-BGDDT dated August 31, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Primary Schools;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Testing and Quality Assurance,
DECISION:
Article 1. These Regulations on Standards for Evaluating the Quality of Primary School Education are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Testing and Educational Quality Assurance Department, the Director of the Primary Education Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; the Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees, the Directors of Departments of Education and Training of centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
