PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the State Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 111/2007/ND-CP dated June 26, 2007 on the organization and management of state-owned corporations and the conversion of state-owned corporations, independent state-owned companies, and state-owned parent companies operating under the parent company-subcompany model in accordance with the Enterprise Law;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 132/2005/ND-CP dated October 20, 2005 on the exercise of rights and obligations of state owners towards state-owned companies and the Government Decree No. 86/2006/ND-CP dated August 21, 2006 amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Government Decree No. 132/2005/ND-CP.
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies attached to the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
