Issuing Examination Regulations for High School Graduation

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

BASED ON the Government Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Testing and Quality Assurance,

CIRCULAR:

Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ENACTS the High School Graduation Examination Regulations.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect forty-five days from the date of signature.

THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES Decision No. 08/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT dated March 6, 2008, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the High School Graduation Examination Regulations, and Decision No. 27/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 9, 2008, issued by the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing certain articles of the High School Graduation Examination Regulations promulgated together with Decision No. 08/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT dated March 6, 2008, issued by the Minister of Education and Training.

Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ASSESSMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY; DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS; DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES; PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE, AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGE SCHOOLS; PRINCIPALS OF ETHNIC MINORITY BOARDING SCHOOLS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
