CIRCULAR
Issuing regulations on the compilation, selection, examination, approval, and use of higher education textbooks
and using university education curricula

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Higher Education Department;
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 15, 2011.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Higher Education Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; the Rectors of universities and academies, the Principals of colleges are responsible for implementing this Circular. /.
