CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR OCCUPATIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR
WHEREAS Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
WHEREAS Decision No. 09/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated March 27, 2008 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs promulgates regulations on principles and procedures for developing and issuing national skill standards;
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON NATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR THE OCCUPATIONS: PAINTING AND INLAID SHELL TECHNICIAN; TUNNEL DRILLING; CEMENT PHYSICO-CHEMICAL ANALYSIS.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 1, 2011.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES AND AGENCIES AT THE SAME LEVEL, CHAIRS OF PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
