ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR
DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS WITH MICRO-NUTRIENTS
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
BASED ON THE STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS LAW dated June 29, 2006, and DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007, of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Standards and Technical Regulations Law;
BASED ON THE FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE ORDINANCE dated August 7, 2003, and DECREE NO. 163/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2004, of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Food Safety and Hygiene Ordinance;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE ADMINISTRATION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS WITH MICRO-NUTRIENTS:
QCVN 9-1:2011/BYT NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION FOR IODIZED SALT
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM AUGUST 1, 2011.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE ADMINISTRATION, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, UNITS DIRECTLY UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH; DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE HEALTH SERVICES AND DIRECTORS OF CITY HEALTH SERVICES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
