Regarding the issuance of the Rules on coordination in settling international investment disputes

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 13, 2013, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;
The Prime Minister DECIDES to issue the Rules on coordination in settling international investment disputes,
Article 1. These Rules are attached hereto.
Article 2. The Ministry of Justice shall be the agency assisting the Prime Minister in directing uniformly the work of settling international investment disputes and shall be the legal representative agency for the Government in settling international investment disputes.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from March 3, 2014.
THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
