ISSUING NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
Pursuant toPursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION LAWThe Government promulgates this Decree on environmental protection fees for wastewater.
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/DECREE NO. 124/2007/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS LAW AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS LAW;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Environment and the Head of the Legal Department;DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENT ADMINISTRATION, HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS: QCVN 62 - MT : 2016/BTNMT - NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON ANIMAL WASTEWATER.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 15, 2016.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENT ADMINISTRATION, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENTS OF CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO ENFORCE THIS CIRCULAR./.
