Amending and supplementing Circular No. 20/2011/TT-BCT dated May 12, 2011 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on additional procedures for importing passenger cars with up to nine seats

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government detailing implementation of the Law on Commerce regarding international trade activities and agency purchase, sale, processing, and transshipment of goods with foreign countries;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Import-Export;

The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates this Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 20/2011/TT-BCT dated May 12, 2011 on additional procedures for importing passenger cars with up to nine seats as follows:

Article 1. Abolish Clause 2 of Article 1 of Circular No. 20/2011/TT-BCT dated May 12, 2011 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on additional procedures for importing passenger cars with up to nine seats.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from March 9, 2017.
