CIRCULAR

Issuing the List of Trades and Professions for Level IV Vocational Training at Intermediate and College Levels,higher college level

Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education dated November 27, 2014;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 143/2016/NĐ-CP dated October 14, 2016 of the Government stipulating conditions for investment and operation in vocational education sector;

Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2017/QĐ-TTg dated January 17, 2017 of the Prime Minister promulgating the List of Education and Training Programs in the National Education System;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Education Administration,

The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues the List of Trades and Professions for Level IV Vocational Training at Intermediate and College Levels.

Article 1. This Circular attaches the List of Trades and Professions for Level IV Vocational Training at Intermediate and College Levels to be used in organizing and managing vocational training activities.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 15, 2017 and revokes Circular No. 21/2014/TT-BLĐTBXH dated August 26, 2014 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs stipulating the List of Trades for Vocational Training at Intermediate and College Levels.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees, and entities registered to operate vocational education are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if there are any difficulties or new trades and professions arise, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for guidance or supplementation as necessary./.
