CIRCULAR
Issuing certain forms in state compensation work

Pursuant to the State Compensation Law 2017;
Pursuant to Decree No. 68/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018, issued by the Government detailing some provisions and measures for implementing the State Compensation Law;
Decree No. 96/2017/NĐ-CP August 16, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
At the proposal of the Director of the State Compensation Department;
The Minister of Justice issues this Circular on certain forms and templates for state compensation work.
Article 1. Scope of Regulation
This Circular promulgates certain forms and templates for handling claims for compensation at agencies directly managing persons causing damage while performing official duties, restoring reputation, paying compensation money, and the process of reimbursement.
Article 2. Applicability
This Circular applies to agencies handling compensation, state management agencies concerning state compensation work, persons suffering losses, claimants, compensation handlers, persons causing damage while performing official duties, and other organizations and individuals related to state compensation work.

2. The forms prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article are designed for A4 paper size and are available on the Ministry of Justice's website. Organizations and individuals can access the Ministry of Justice's website (http://btnn.moj.gov.vn) to print and use these forms.
Article 4. Effective date
This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2018.
Article 5. Responsibility for Implementation and Organization of Execution
1. The agencies, organizations, and individuals specified in Article 2 shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
2. In case of difficulties during implementation, please report to the Ministry of Justice for guidance on resolution./.
