REPEALS Circular No. 132/2008/TT-BTC dated December 29, 2008 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the management mechanism for loans for specialized credit programs of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)
AND Circular No. 05/2008/TT-BTC dated January 14, 2008 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the management mechanism for loans for the Project to Support and Develop University and Postgraduate Education in Information Technology funded by JICA
ON THE BASIS OF Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO REPEAL CERTAIN CIRCULARS OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AS FOLLOWS:
REPEALS Circular No. 132/2008/TT-BTC dated December 29, 2008 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the management mechanism for loans for specialized credit programs of JICA AND Circular No. 05/2008/TT-BTC dated January 14, 2008 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the management mechanism for loans for the Project to Support and Develop University and Postgraduate Education in Information Technology funded by JICA, as these Projects have been completed and the Loan Agreements with JICA have expired.
This Circular takes effect from February 20, 2002./.
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP dated October 26, 2017 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance; 7 The Minister of Finance promulgates this Circular abolishing certain Circulars of the Ministry of Finance as follows:
