Amending and supplementing certain provisions ofCircular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN dated December 5, 2013, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam Service Fee Schedule for Payment Transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law Con credit institutions on November 20, 2017; CPursuant to Decree No. 101/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 22, 2012, of the Government on non-cash payment; Decree No. 80/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016, of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 101/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 22, 2012, of the Government on non-cash payment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 22, 2012 of the Government on non-cash payment; Decree No. 80/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 101/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 22, 2012 of the Government on non-cash payment;

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgates this Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN dated December 5, 2013 of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the Service Fee Schedule for Payment Transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN).
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN as follows:

Reduce by 50% the fee level at points 1.1 and 1.2 Section 1 "Transaction Fees for Payment through the Inter-bank Electronic Payment System" Part III "Domestic Payment Service Fees" Service Fee Schedule for Payment Transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam issued together with this Circular during the period from April 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020."
Article 2. Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of the Office, Heads of the Payment Department, the Information Technology Department, heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam; Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; Chairmen of the Board of Directors, Chairmen of the Board of Members, General Managers (Directors) of commercial banks, foreign bank branches, Treasury and other organizations using payment services through the State Bank of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 3. Implementation Provisions
This Circular takes effect from April 1, 2020.
