ISSUING 04 INDUSTRY STANDARDS ON PAPER AND CARDBOARD PRODUCTS
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 141/HDBT OF AUGUST 24, 1982 OF THE STATE COUNCIL (NOW THE GOVERNMENT) ON THE REGULATIONS FOR STANDARDIZATION WORK;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 86/CP OF DECEMBER 8, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE ASSIGNMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR NATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT QUALITY;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Technology Management and Product Quality,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE 04 INDUSTRY STANDARDS ON PAPER AND CARDBOARD PRODUCTS PRODUCED AND CONSUMED DOMESTICALLY, INCLUDING:
24TCN72-99 CARDBOARD FACE LAYER OF WAVE CARDBOARD;
24TCN73-99 PAPER USED AS WAVE IN CARDBOARD;
24TCN74-99 CARDBOARD CENTER FLAT LAYER OF WAVE CARDBOARD;
24TCN75-99 DUPLEX CARDBOARD;
THESE STANDARDS ARE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF GUIDELINES AND ENCOURAGEMENTS FOR APPLICATION AND SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 1, 1999.
Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, HEADS OF RELEVANT DEPARTMENTS, CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAM PAPER ASSOCIATION, GENERAL MANAGER OF THE VIETNAM PAPER CORPORATION, AND ALL PAPER PRODUCING ENTERPRISES ACROSS THE COUNTRY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
