Article 1: Now promulgates the following industry standard:
04TCN - 21 - 2000. Technical regulations on planting and harvesting the Luong tree.
04TCN - 22 - 2000. Technical regulations on planting the Phila tree.
04TCN - 23 - 2000. Technical regulations on planting the Quế tree.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3: The Heads of the Office, Directors of Departments, Bureaus, Institutes under the Ministry, and Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
