THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Resolution No. 38/2000/QH10 adopted by the National Assembly at its 8th session of the 10th term on November 28, 2000;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2000/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2000 of the Government on adjusting the minimum wage, subsidies, and living expenses for those receiving salaries, allowances, and subsidies.

Article 1: The total additional fund for salaries, allowances, subsidies, and living expenses for 2001 is allocated to ministries, agencies under the Government, and centrally-administered cities and provinces (attached table).

Article 2: The heads of ministries, agencies at the ministerial level, agencies under the Government, and the Chairpersons of People's Committees of centrally-administered cities and provinces shall be responsible for allocating the additional salary, allowance, subsidy, and living expense fund mentioned above to subordinate units.

Article 3: The management, utilization, accounting, reporting, and settlement of the additional salary, allowance, subsidy, and living expense fund mentioned above shall comply with the provisions of the State Budget Law, Decree No. 77/2000/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2000 of the Government, and Joint Circular No. 72/2000/TTLT-BTCCBCP-BTC dated December 26, 2000 of the Civil Service Personnel Committee of the Government and the Ministry of Finance.
