DECISION

Regarding the allocation of salaries, allowances, subsidies, and additional living expenses

for the year 2001 due to the increase in the minimum wage from 180,000 VND/month

to 210,000 VND/monthfrom January 1, 2001

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Resolution No. 38/2000/QH10 adopted by the National Assembly at its 8th session, 10th term on November 28, 2000;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2000/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2000 of the Government on adjusting the minimum wage level, subsidy levels, and living expenses for those receiving salaries, allowances, and subsidies,

DECISION:

Article 1: Allocate the total additional salary, allowance, subsidy, and living expense fund for the year 2001 to Ministries, agencies under the Ministry, and provincial-level cities directly under the Central Government (attached table).

Article 2: The heads of Ministries, agencies equivalent to Ministries, agencies under the Government, and Chairpersons of People's Committees of provincial-level cities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for allocating the aforementioned additional salary, allowance, subsidy, and living expense fund to subordinate units.

Article 3: Management, utilization, accounting, reporting, and settlement of the aforementioned additional salary, allowance, subsidy, and living expense fund shall comply with the provisions of the State Budget Law, Decree No. 77/2000/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2000 of the Government, and Circular Joint No. 72/2000/TTLT-BTCCBCP-BTC dated December 26, 2000 of the Civil Service Personnel Committee of the Government and the Ministry of Finance./.
