Regarding the cancellation of Vietnamese Standards
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
On the basis of Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology);
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Quality of Goods dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to the proposal of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control,
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish the following six Vietnamese Standards:
1. TCVN 2073 - 78 Petroleum Distillates for Spark-Ignition Engines - Determination of Octane Number by Research Method.
2. TCVN 5837 - 1994 Black Pepper - Technical Requirements.
3. TCVN 5484 - 1991 Spices - Determination of Non-Soluble Ash in Acid.
4. TCVN 5486 - 1991 Spices - Determination of Non-Volatile Ester Extract.
5. TCVN 5538 - 1991 Milk Powder - Technical Requirements.
6. TCVN 5539 - 1991 Sweetened Condensed Milk - Technical Requirements.
