THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
On the basis of the heritage site dossier and the Memorandum No. 2450/CV-UB-VX dated October 17, 2002 from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6National Heritage Site Ranking: ARCHITECTURAL AND ARTISTIC HERITAGE SITE HOA XA COMMUNITY HALL, YEN HOA DISTRICT, HA TAY PROVINCE.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the heritage site is ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic heritage site Hoa Xa Community Hall within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tay Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
