MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/ND-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities.
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance and the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. The Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying and Mapping are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 406/QD-TCDC dated September 24, 2002 of the Director General of the Land Administration on the issuance of Economic and Technical Standards.
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment under centrally governed cities and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
