ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 86/2002/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 5, 2002 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES;
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 85/2003/ND-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 116/2003/ND-CP OF OCTOBER 10, 2003 ON THE RECRUITMENT, USE AND MANAGEMENT OF STAFF IN STATE NON-BUSINESS UNITS;
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/ND-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING DETAILED PROVISIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE SECRETARY OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THIS DECISION./.
