Issuing the Regulation on Training and Capacity Building Certificates for Civil Servants

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 161/2003/QĐ-TTg dated August 4, 2003 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on Training and Capacity Building for Civil Servants;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Training and Capacity Building for State Civil Servants.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Regulation on Training and Capacity Building Certificates for Civil Servants attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are repealed.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
