THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Based on the Law on Science and Technology dated June 9, 2000;
Based on Decree No. 81/2002/NĐ-CP dated October 17, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Science and Technology;
Based on Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Based on Decree No. 127/2004/NĐ-CP dated May 31, 2004 of the Government stipulating administrative penalties for violations in scientific and technological activities;
Based on Decree No. 201/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 10, 2004 of the Government promulgating the Regulation on Managing Social Science and Humanities Activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on Managing Scientific and Technological Tasks of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
