Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT
DENCH THAC GIAN
WARD CHINH GIAN, DISTRICT THANH KE, CITY DA NANG
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the Architectural Art Monument Dench Thac Gian within their respective functions and powers as prescribed by law on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Da Nang City, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
